Use the form to request to book your Workshop and your stay at The Inn. If you are local to the Landgrove, VT area, you have the option to book a workshop without booking a room.

We'll review your request and generate a booking for you within 48 hrs. You'll receive a link to pay your deposit and confirm your reservation.

Booking Policies

Booking Conditions

Workshops tuition rates vary by instructor as noted on the event information page. A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to hold each spot.

A 20% service fee and 9% Vermont rooms & meals tax apply to all lodging and meal charges. Alcohol is subject to a 10% Vermont liquor tax, all taxes and service payable upon checkout.

You are welcome to enjoy your visit for longer by adding extra days at the beginning or end of your workshop. Note that the Workshop Meal Plan fees will only be added for workshop days, and additional days booked will include Accommodation and Breakfast only.

Rates For Workshops through June 30, 2026

Workshop participants with single occupancy receive a discount off our regular rates for the duration of their stay. The Workshop Meal Plan consisting of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is included for all workshop days. Alcohol is not included in the rate and will be charged separately at checkout + tax.

Queen/King Room — $287.50 per night, single occupancy. Includes all meals during the workshop.
Deluxe Room — $347.50 per night, single occupancy. Includes all meals during the workshop.

If you plan to share your room with a partner, other guest, or workshop attendee:

Each additional guest will be charged for meals under the Workshop Meal Plan ($87.50/day)
If both guests wish to attend the workshop, each participant must register for the workshop portion and pay the applicable workshop fee. You’ll see an option to add multiple participants per room when submitting your booking request using the form above.

Rates For Workshops starting after July 1, 2026

Our room rates are increasing by 10% starting July 1. Workshop participants with single occupancy receive a discount off our regular rates for the duration of their stay. The Workshop Meal Plan consisting of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is included for all workshop days. Alcohol is not included in the rate and will be charged separately at checkout + tax.

Queen/King Room — $315.00 per night, single occupancy. Includes all meals during the workshop.
Deluxe Room — $380.00 per night, single occupancy. Includes all meals during the workshop.

If you plan to share your room with a partner, other guest, or workshop attendee:

Each additional guest will be charged $95.00 per night, which includes all meals under the Workshop Meal Plan.
If multiple guests in the same room wish to attend the workshop, each participant must register for the workshop portion and pay the workshop fee. You will see an option to add multiple participants per room when you book.

General Notes & Policies

Covered meals under the Workshop Meal Plan run from dinner the night before the workshop begins through breakfast the day after it ends.
Workshop Meal Plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all soft beverages. When The Restaurant is closed to the public, meals may be served either plated or family-style.
You may book additional nights at our seasonal nightly rate, which includes breakfast only for the period before or after the workshop. Our restaurant is open for dinner five nights a week and there are several delicious restaurants nearby as well.
Alcoholic beverages are charged separately and payable at checkout, with applicable liquor taxes.
Workshop Rates are per night, per person, unless otherwise stated.
Taxes and service fees are required and calculated at checkout.
A non-refundable workshop deposit of $250 per participant is required at booking to reserve your space. This amount will be applied to your workshop fee upon checkout but is forfeit in the event of cancellation. If you need to change your plans with more than 60 days notice, we can transfer your deposit to another workshop.
- i.e. a workshop fee is $750: You pay $250 to reserve your space upon booking. Upon check-out, you will be charged the balance of $500 for the remaining workshop fee.
A non-refundable room deposit of $250 per room is required at booking to reserve your accommodation. This amount will be applied to your workshop fee upon checkout but is forfeit in the event of cancellation. We are happy to move your reservation to another date, depending on availability, if your plans change.
