Booking Conditions
Workshops tuition rates vary by instructor as noted on the event information page. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required for each reservation.
A 20% service fee is applied to meals (~$17.50 per person per night through June 2026). A 9% Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax applies to all lodging and meal charges. Alcohol is subject to a 10% Vermont liquor tax.
You are welcome to enjoy your visit for longer by adding extra days at the beginning or end of your workshop, pending availability. Note that the Workshop Meal Plan is only applicable to workshop nights (including arrival night before the workshop with meet & greet and dinner). Additional days reserved would include Accommodation and Breakfast only.
How To Book
-
Use the check-in and check-out dates from the above table.
-
The booking system defaults to Single Occupancy including the meal package and one workshop registration, prorated to a nightly average.
-
If you will be attending the workshop solo, you will enter your booking dates, select your room, and add a pet fee if applicable.
-
If you are planning to have an additional person join in your room, you will need to select the correct occupancy to calculate the additional meal package in your total. Your nightly rate will update accordingly. All room occupants will be on the meal package and eat all meals together with the workshop group.
-
If the second person in your room is also attending the workshop, please select "additional workshop registration" option and add it to your package. This will ensure we have a correct headcount and correct calculation for your package.
-
On the payment screen, please add any dietary requirements to the Special Requests text field.

Local Attendees
We love welcoming neighbors into our workshops. Because The Landgrove is designed as an immersive inn + studio + restaurant experience, we have a few guidelines for guests who live nearby and do not need lodging:
Meal package is required
-
All participants are required to book the full workshop meal package. Shared meals are a key part of the creative experience and community we’re building here.
-
If you would prefer to not purchase the full board package, we can place you on a waitlist and confirm your space 60 days prior to the workshop, pending availability.
Deposit
-
Once a spot is confirmed, local participants are required to pay the same $500 workshop deposit. This deposit follows our standard workshop payment and cancellation policies.
If you’re local and interested in joining a workshop, please contact us and we’ll be happy to walk you through the details.
