How to Book Your Workshop
What’s Included in Your Workshop Stay:
Your workshop package is full room + board with a simple “show up and paint” experience:

"Meet and Greet" reception and dinner on arrival night

Lodging at The Landgrove plus three meals per day (and 3-course dinners) and gratuity
All meals are shared together communally—it’s a key part of the workshop experience.
How Booking Works:
Use the booking widget on this page, or on a workshop page, and note the following:
Check-in and Check-out dates

Arrival date is fixed for each workshop

Departure date defaults to the final workshop day

You can often extend one extra night to stay for the final dinner + enjoy breakfast the next morning (based on availability)
Single occupancy (1 person in the room)
The system defaults to one person, including:

Lodging + meal plan + gratuity for one

One workshop registration included
Note: The workshop fee is prorated across your nights booked.
Double occupancy (2 people sharing a room)
Two guests may share a room.

Update your room to 2-person occupancy so meals are included for both guests

Add “Additional Workshop Registration” at checkout only if the second person is also taking the workshop
Many spouses and friends join without registering for the workshop — enjoying the inn, trails, nearby towns, or reading by the fire — while still being part of the shared meals and community.
