Workshop bookings are offered under two rate options:Workshop Full Room & Board FLEX RateWorkshop Full Room & Board PREPAID Rate Your booking page will show which option you selected.​Option A: Workshop Full Room & Board FLEXIBLE Rate Deposit: A $500 workshop deposit is required to secure your space. This deposit is applied to your total balance.​Cancellation / Changes:More than 60 days before arrival: Refund available or deposit may be transferred to another workshop at no charge.60 to 31 days before arrival: Refund minus $150 cancellation fee OR choose a credit toward a future stay with a $50 change fee.30 to 7 days before arrival: Refund minus $250 cancellation fee OR choose a credit toward a future stay with a $100 change fee.Within 7 days of arrival: Deposit is not refundable. Why the policy is firm: We are contractually required to pay the workshop facilitator even if an attendee cancels. ​Option B: Workshop Full Room & Board PREPAID Rate This option provides a discount in exchange for full pre-payment of the reservation and a nonrefundable policy. Payment: Full prepayment is required. Cancellation / Changes:More than 60 days before arrival: Refund available less 3% credit card processing fee, or balance may be transferred to another workshop at no charge. 60 to 31 days before arrival: Refund minus $250 cancellation fee OR choose a credit toward a future stay with a $65 change fee.30 to 0 days before arrival: $500 deposit portion of prepayment is not refundable. Remaining balance may be refunded less 3% credit card processing fee on original transaction or transferred without the fee. Why the policy is firm: We are contractually required to pay the workshop facilitator even if an attendee cancels. Celebrate Life Group RateInclusions: This weekend package rate includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, plus lunch and dinner on Saturday.Deposit: A 1-night deposit is required for booking.Cancellation: If you need to change your plans--More than 30 days before arrival: full refund available.15 to 30 days before arrival: Deposit and fees paid are refundable less a $100 cancellation fee.Within 7 days of arrival: one night deposit is nonrefundable.

Yes! Workshop attendees often bring a partner/friend to tag along on their Southern Vermont Art Workshop. We require each additional guest to be on the full board meal package as well, and all guests will be served 3 meals with the group.

Because workshops are designed as an immersive experience with shared meals and community: Meal package is required Local participants are required to purchase the full workshop meal package. If you would prefer not to purchase the meal package, we can place you on a waitlist and confirm your space 60 days prior to the workshop, based on availability.
