Year Round Activities in Southern Vermont

Holiday Sale

We have a very busy activities calendar here at The Landgrove, and all guests, neighbors, and friends are welcome to attend our events. This fall, join us for delicious wine pairing events, including a Seven deadly Sins dinner and wine pairing on Oct 16.  We're also cooking up something special for Beaujolais Nouveau Day on Nov 19, so stay tuned. :)

Beyond our walls, all around us in Southern Vermont, there's something to explore in every season.  From scenic drives, covered bridges, and easy hikes to local lakes, parks, access to the Appalachian Trail, and mountain views, with 4 incredible alpine ski areas just minutes away: Bromley, Magic Mountain, Okemo, and Stratton.  Plus, Wild Wings (8 mins) and Viking Nordic Center (12 min) are close by as well.

For arts and culture, spend an afternoon in Manchester, visit the Southern Vermont Arts Center, or take a day trip to nearby historic and museum attractions. Whether you’re here to ski, shop, unwind, or wander, you’ll find plenty of great options year-round— rain, sun, or snow.

Seasonal Activities

Vermont changes with the seasons — From maple syrup in spring to snowshoe hikes in winter, each visit offers something new to keep you busy for days.
