Better Sleep, Better Outcomes: Evidence-Informed Approaches for Rehabilitation Professionals

Hosted By Yogi Anatomy
Course Description
Sleep is not a luxury. It is a biological imperative that directly shapes pain perception, emotional regulation, tissue healing, and clinical outcomes. Yet poor sleep is often overlooked in rehabilitation practice, even though an estimated 65–88% of people with chronic musculoskeletal pain experience significant sleep disturbances.

This workshop equips rehabilitation professionals with the neuroscience, clinical frameworks, and practical tools to change that. You'll explore sleep architecture, circadian biology, and the sleep-pain connection alongside evidence-informed yoga interventions, including asana, pranayama, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and iRest, and leave with strategies ready for Monday morning.
All of this unfolds in a retreat-style setting at a charming Southern Vermont country inn, with lovely accommodations, delicious food, and plenty of time to rest, recharge, and maybe even do a little shopping.
Come to The Landgrove to learn how to help your patients sleep better. Stay because you deserve rest, too.
All Levels Welcome with some experience
Room & Board: Starting at $299/night single occupancy, $413/night double occupancy.

What’s Included in Your Workshop Stay
The workshop with full room + board provides a simple “show up and learn” experience:
Workshop instruction and programming
Lodging at The Landgrove Inn
Three meals per day, including 3-course dinners (gratuity for meals included)
Welcome reception on the first night with complimentary drinks
All meals are shared together as a group—what transforms these educational retreats into a true community experience.
Note: Not everyone staying needs to attend the workshop. Many spouses and friends join for the stay without participating in the continuing education workshop. They often explore the national forest, visit nearby towns, ski local mountains, relax by the pool, or enjoy a book by the fire in the tavern—while still being part of the shared meals and community experience.
The Landgrove Workshop Experience
Workshops at The Landgrove are intentionally small and intimate, with a focus on:
meaningful learning and personal attention
relationship building with other healthcare professionals
a warm, welcoming environment
You’ll stay in a peaceful historic inn surrounded by Green Mountain National Forest — an inspiring setting that helps you slow down. Relax and experience continuing education in a very different way.
And when you want to explore beyond the studio, we’re close to classic Vermont destinations like:
Manchester (Southern Vermont Arts Center, Northshire Bookstore)
Weston (Weston Theater Company, Vermont Country Store)
Plus scenic drives, local shops, and mountain towns nearby
