Fun and Fabulous Scrapbook Weekend at The Landgrove

This workshop and scrapbook event is for experienced or new scrapbookers. Kathy has been an advisor with CM since 2001 and has completed numerous personal albums as well as albums for family and friends. Plan to attend for the entire time (Thursday 11/19 thru lunch on Sunday 11/22). Or come for just a night or two or even 1 day if you live locally.

For those new to scrapbooking, a beginners class will be held and tools will be provided to get you started.

All Levels Welcome with some experience

Capacity: 12 (first come, first served).

Registration? It’s never too early to register. First, register with Kathy McMahon (kathysmcm@comcast.net) for the days of cropping - the fee will need to be paid to her as a deposit.

For overnight guests: the daily crop fee to cover the crop space and goody bags/prizes is as follows: One day of cropping costs $50; 2 days costs $85. Three days costs $105. And 4 days (Thursday thru lunch on Sunday) is $125.

For locals: If you can’t stay over, you may come for a day of cropping (Thurs, Fri or Sat) at the daily $50 rate which includes lunch and a goody bag. If you crop multiple days without staying over, it is $50 for each day of cropping.

How to Book your Stay at The Landgrove?

1) Choose Your Dates

When selecting your workshop the dates will auto-populate for arrival and departure.

• Check-in (arrival) date is fixed.

• Check-out (departure) date defaults to the final full workshop day (ending around 5 PM). Check-out time is 11am if departing on the final workshop day.

  
  

2) Single Occupancy (1 person in the room)

The booking system defaults to single occupancy, which includes:

✅ Lodging + full meal package + gratuity for one person

• Make sure to register for cropping direct with Kathy (kathysmcm@comcast.net)!

3) Double Occupancy (2 people sharing a room)

Two guests may share the same room during the workshop.

• Change the room occupancy to 2 so meals are included for both guests.

• Make sure to register for cropping direct with Kathy (kathysmcm@comcast.net)!

Not everyone in the room needs to register for the workshop. Many spouses and friends join for the stay without painting. They often explore the national forest, visit nearby towns, ski local mountains, relax by the pool, or enjoy a book by the fire in the tavern — while still being part of the shared meals and community experience.

4) Dietary Needs / Special Requests

During checkout, please add any dietary requirements in the Special Requests field so we can prepare appropriately.

What’s Included in Your Workshop Stay

Your workshop package is full room + board with a simple “show up and scrapbook” experience:

• Lodging at The Landgrove Inn

• Three meals per day, including 3-course dinners
