Get Out of The Office.
Bring your own facilitator and agenda.
We’ll help with everything that happens around it.
A retreat at The Landgrove can be as productive, creative, adventurous or restorative as you want it to be. Between sessions, take your team into the studio, onto the trail, around the dinner table or out into the Green Mountains.
We can help connect your group with local artists, guides, instructors and experiences throughout Southern Vermont.
Food and Beverage available onsite through our restaurant, VildaHaus at The Landgrove. Led by Chef Angela McCrovitz, VildaHaus is a culinary destination - where creativity leads the menu.
Curated Retreat Experiences
Create Together
1
Private Painting Workshop
Spend a few hours in The Landgrove Studio with a professional artist. Workshops can be designed for complete beginners, with everyone creating their own work to take home.
2
Collaborative Art Project
Create something together rather than simply painting side-by-side. Each person contributes to a larger piece that can return to the office as a reminder of the retreat.
3
Try a New Creative Medium
We have a network of over 100 experienced instructors. Your group can explore watercolor, drawing, printmaking, collage, photography or another creative medium. Work either indoors out outside. Materials packages available.

Swimming & Pool Time
In summer, sometimes the best break between strategy sessions is simply an hour by the pool.
9
S'mores and Fireside Relaxation
Let us tempt your sweet tooth with a gourmet s'mores table at the firepit, while your team relaxes at the patio tables or adirondack chairs around the fire.
1
Chef-Led Cooking Class
Trade the conference table for the kitchen and prepare something together before sitting down to enjoy the payoff of your collaborative work
2
Cocktail Class
Get creative, learn a few techniques behind the bar, make a classic cocktail, or invent a signature drink for your team.

Have Something Else in Mind?
Consider our ideas a starting point, not a menu.
Bring us the retreat you’re imagining — a particular experience, an unusual outing, a special dinner, or something we haven’t thought of yet. We’ll work with our team, local guides, artists, instructors and partners to see if we can make it happen.
At The Landgrove, your retreat doesn’t have to fit a package. Tell us what would make it memorable, and we’ll help you build it.
